Shipping Cost

We will ship your orders via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select. The cost of shipping is based upon the shipping options, the total size and weight of your item(s) and your delivery address. To find out shipping cost for your order, simply add all items to cart, input your Zip Code, State and select your desired Shipping Method in our Estimate Shipping calculator. You will be shown a total shipping cost in your Shopping Cart.

Shipping Time

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

APO/FPO

APO/FPO shipping is currently unavailable but we are in the process of integrating it into our system.

Shipping to an address different from your billing address

If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Undelivered Package

If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges and taxes that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

Tracking an order

Tracking your order is fast, easy and can be done online. Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped.
